Employees at Vic Progressive Diamond Drilling are knowledgeable, experienced, and productive individuals who aspire to meet the needs of customers in a timely and safe manner. Our training program enhances the safety and wellbeing of all employees. We commit to provide training for newly hired workers, stressing safety, proper work methods, and potential job hazards, resulting in the reduction of accidents and their associated costs. Current employees are trained in job specific areas of which they are not familiar or have no formal training. We commit to training our supervisors and managers in the utilization of our loss control program and with the motivation to use it. VPDD commits to holding safety meetings between management and employees on a monthly basis, and daily safety huddles.

Employees of VPDD participate in all safety and related training, including safety meetings as deemed necessary by the company to minimize losses of human and physical resources of the company.
